Winston-Salem resident and Red Cross volunteer Miriam Marley was in San Diego at the time visiting friends in Rancho San Pasqual when the fires broke out. She was forced to evacuate...but two days later the Red Cross activated her as a relief worker.
From San Diego, Miriam describes her experience to WFDD's Kathryn Mobley.
