Congressman Miller represents the 13th District. He says he and Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords are friends and have worked together on House subcommittees.
He spoke with WFDD's Kathryn Mobley and says Americans need to recognize the dangers of allowing negative rhetoric to go unchecked.
