Thousands Still Without Power in Watauga County

About seven thousand Watauga County residents are still without power and the county remains in a State of Emergency. WFDD's LeShea Agnew spoke with the Emergency Services Department and a resident who still has 15 inches of ice covered snow in her front yard.
