Poundstone was the first woman invited to entertain at the White House Correspondents dinner, she has been recognized as Comedy Central's 100 greatest stand-up comedians of all time, and she is the star of several HBO comedy specials.
The quick-witted comedian shared laughs with WFDD's LeShea Agnew and talked about her extremely busy life, her worst job, her job now as a Wait, Wait panelist, and her current tour.
