A new grant will enable one Forsyth County non-profit to help more homeowners avoid foreclosure.
According to Realtytrac.com, a website which tracks foreclosure trends, this April saw Forsyth County rank third in North Carolina in terms of homes identified for foreclosure (with 293). Guilford County had 362, making it second, and Mecklenburg County led the state with 836.
