This Thursday is national Earth Day. And this month, communities have been holding environmentally-friendly events leading up to the big day.
WFDD's LeShea Agnew was at one of these events and files a "green" report from Wake Forest University.
And Guilford College is getting national attention for its 'green' practices.
The Princeton Review and U.S. Green Building Council names it as one of the nation's most environmentally friendly campuses.
Guilford is listed in the group's first Guide to 268 Green Colleges.
