Emily Seawright is a native of Rancho Bernardo...a northern suburb of San Diego where thousands were evacuated yesterday, including her parents, younger brother and a family friend.
Emily told WFDD's Kathryn Mobley it's hard for her to believe the community she always thought of as a "afe place"
is now in flames.

According to Emily...her family has joined her older brother, Michael and his wife Jenny in Anaheim but they still don't know if fires have damaged their home.
Meanwhile, she says her family is going to Disneyland to relax.
