Eminent Domain

The city of Winston-Salem has moved forward in its eminent domain action to acquire a run-down property on Liberty Street. The city has filed a lawsuit, and the owner has 120 days to decide what to do about the property. 88.5 WFDD's Audrey Fannin reports.
