Triad Arts with David Ford The Music Center, City Arts of the Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department present OPUS Concert Series 2012October 8, 2012Wouldn’t it be nice if you could take in a great concert for the whole family without paying an arm and a leg? Well, if you live in the Triad, you can practically take in a different show every week during Greensboro’s OPUS Concert Series. From small percussion ensembles and big bands to philharmonic orchestras, and woodwind quintets, OPUS has you covered.
The next concert is Saturday, October 13, at 7:30pm, featuring the Greensboro Tarheel Chorus at Christ United Methodist Church. OPUS 2012-2013 runs all the way through May, and it’s brought to you, free of charge, by The Music Center, City Arts of the Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department. Music Center Director Jennifer Hance dropped by recently to fill us in.
