Artist Gilbert Everard Young

March 7, 2011

Winston-Salem artist Gilbert Everard Young says that the act of painting is so spontaneous for him that it often changes from school to style all depending on how he feels in that moment. He shares the process of creating a 60-foot long mural (located in front of Carter G. Woodson school) that traces the history of mankind.
