Sports Commentaries Wake Forest Headed for Orange BowlDecember 4, 2006The Wake Forest football team finished its regular season run winning the ACC Championship. The Demon Deacons' 9-6 victory over Georgia Tech this past Saturday in Jacksonville moves them onto the BCS and the Orange Bowl where they will meet Louisville. Yesterday the final Associated Press top 25 poll was released and the 11-2 Deacs were ranked 15th. However, 88.5 WFDD commentator Jeff Tiberii believes Wake is deserving of a higher ranking.
