Real People, Real Stories Proud to be an AmericanAugust 7, 2011StoryLine gives voice to everyday people throughout our community as they share the experiences that shape their lives. Jesús Miguel Reynosa is originally from Mexico but he’s lived in Winston-Salem since 1996. He’s married and has three little girls, who he affectionately calls ’his angels’. On July 4, he was sworn in as a U.S. citizen at Old Salem during a special naturalization ceremony. In this segment of StoryLine, Jesús describes what this experience means to him. StoryLine is a project of the ECHO network and is made possible by the generosity of Salemtowne, a continuing care retirement community, where every life shines and stories are celebrated.
