Please Don\’t You Tell Me Who I Am

April 8, 2012

StoryLine gives voice to everyday people throughout our community as they share the experiences that shape their lives. It’s a a project of the ECHO network and is made possible by the generosity of Salemtowne, a continuing care retirement community, where every life shines and stories are celebrated.

Mustafa Abdullah is an Egyptian-American, the president of World Faith Winston-Salem, a multi-faith organization, and he is a Muslim. In this segment of StoryLine, he describes to Miranda Kingsley Kelly his life post-9/11 and his motivations to help shape the community consciousness regarding world religion.
