I Can Do That

May 13, 2012

StoryLine gives voice to everyday people throughout our community as they share the experiences that shape their lives. It is a project of the ECHO network and is made possible by the generosity of Salemtowne, a continuing care retirement community, where every life shines and stories are celebrated.

Winston-Salem native Annie Heath is well known for having an insatiable desire to learn new things. Many years ago, she landed a job with AT&T. In this segment of StoryLine, Heath describes to her cousin, Maurice Pitts Johnson, how zeal and enthusiasm helped her advance in pay and position as a machine operator.
