StoryLine gives voice to everyday people throughout our community as they share the experiences that shape their lives. Nationwide, parents, students, teachers and education administrators are struggling to find the formula that will make public school systems more effective.

Karen Dameron is the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources at Edgecombe County Schools. Linsey Mills is an entrepreneur and finance educator. Both are passionate about improving public education for students. In this segment of StoryLine, they share their perspectives on how public schools should evolve to tap into the differenct ways children learn.
