Development Director Dianne Dawson Garret works at Prodigals Community. 29-year-old Victor Todd is a resident here and participates in the substance abuse program. He began using drugs and alcohol when he was 14 years old.
In this segment of StoryLine, Todd describes to Dianne how Prodigals' program helped him recover and build a life of true change.
