WFDD's Kathryn Mobley spoke with 70-year-old Jim Culbertson about his life's journey that's landed him in this very high profile position.
Jim Culbertson and his wife Germaine will leave for the Netherlands July 30. Since this is a presidential appointment...he'll only hold this post until a new U.S. President is sworn in late January 2009.
