Winston-Salem Honors Civil Rights ProtestersMay 25, 2010 | Kathryn MobleyTuesday May 25, 2010 marks the 50th Anniversary of the City of Winston-Salem desegregating its lunch counters. Students from what was then called Winston-Salem Teacher's College and Wake Forest College worked together to create postive change.
