Ken and Gwen Rasheed are encouraging young men in Winston-Salem to wear their pants belted above their hips. They are sponsoring "The Walk To End Saggin" Saturday, October 9 at Food Lion in the East Winston Shopping Center. It begins at 9 a.m.
