campus this weekend. In 1956, the college moved from the town of Wake Forest near Raleigh, where it was founded in 1834. Provost and Professor Emeritus Edwin Wilson earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest College in 1943, and began teaching there in 1951. He spoke with WFDD's Audrey Fannin about his experiences.
