WFDD's Kathryn Mobley recently spoke with political analyst Dr. Jack Fleer about the potential impact Governor Palin may have on North Carolina's voters.

Dr. Jack Fleer has closely studied the development of the Republican Party in North Carolina for more than 40-years.
