The Mondales in Winston-Salem

091119 ATC 529 HOST Intro: The Winston-Salem Arts Council is celebrating 60 years of promoting arts organizations in our community. This afternoon, it hosted a luncheon featuring Mrs. Joan Adams Mondale, wife of former Vice President of the United States, Walter Mondale. She’s the Honorary Chair of 6 Days in November—a celebration of crafts, arts and innovation in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Mondale has long been an advocate for fine arts and crafts since her tenure as chair of the Federal Council on the Arts and Humanities.
