The Latest on Hurricane Earl

On Monday Hurricane Earl was upgraded to a category 4 storm. As of early Tuesday it was moving past Puerto Rico and toward the most northern parts of the Caribbean.
National Weather Service Meteorologist Ron Humble provides the latest details.
