Progression of Winter Storm that Left 16,000 Residents Without Power in Watauga County Christmas Morning

National Weather Service Meterologist Jan Jackson details the movement of a rain/wind storm that caused more than 16,000 people to lose power to their homes.
Jackson says the storm moved into Virginia yesterday evening knocking-out power to 17,000 homes.
