National Day of ListeningNovember 28, 2008 | Bradley GeorgeSince 2003, StoryCorps has recorded the stories of more than 40,000 Americans from all walks of life. Many of those stories are heard each Friday on NPR's Morning Edition. And the StoryCorps mobile recording booth will be in Winston-Salem in March. But you don't have to wait until then if you want to record a story from a friend or loved one. StoryCorps founder and president David Isay has designated today a National Day of Listening. He explains the project in an interview with WFDD's Bradley George.
