A new energy appears to be surging through the Republican Party. Triad delegate Nancy Wells is in Minneapolis-St. Paul for the GOP National Convention. She says the new spark is connected with the party's vice president moninee...Gov. Sarah Palin.

Nancy Wells is her party's secretary in Greensboro's 12th District. This is her fourth national convention.
