And now the U.S. Senate is considering new legislation that would give the FDA greater authority in terms of issuing food recalls and launching on site inspections.
North Carolina health officials say none of the tainted eggs were shipped into our state. But many in the Triad are still concerned about egg safety. WFDD's Kathryn Mobley visits one Stokes County egg farmer who says no one has to be concerned about his eggs.
