Jack Fleer

The 2008 presidential political race is in full swing. But throughout the last several election cycles, Wake Forest University Political Science Professor Emeritus Jack Fleer has been studying the impact and importance of the Governor's office. His results are in his book, entitled Governors Speak. In the first of a two part interview, Professor Fleer talks to WFDD's Denise Franklin about Governors and the presidency.

Jack Fleer is a professor emeritus of political science at Wake Forest University and his book is entitled Governors Speak. This afternoon during All Things Considered, Fleer talks to Denise Franklin about North Carolina 's recent governors and how the power of the office has changed over the years.
