Gov. Perdue creates Innovation Council

Governor Beverly Perdue wants North Carolina to pull together and become a national leader of Innovation. WFDD's Kathryn Mobley explains. Also Governer Berverly Perdue says operating the council will not cost the state anything since the group will primarily capitalize on the expertise of its members.
