The Business Connections Marketplaces brought these companies together with government purchasing agents and contractors. Kathy Elliott is Vice President for Small Business at the Greensboro Chamber Commerce and organizer of today's event. She says the United States Government is the largest purchaser in the world; it spends 300 billion dollars annually on goods and services.
