Dale Folwell and Elizabeth Motsinger Unveil Plans to Run

Local political races are already beginning to heat up in the Triad, with Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School Board member Democrat Elisabeth Motsinger announcing her plans to challenge Republican Rep. Virginia Foxx for her 5th district seat, and N.C. House Speaker Pro Tem Dale Folwell officially kicking off his candidacy for Lt. Governor.
