Cleaning Up After Hurricane Earl

North Carolina residents on the Outer Banks continue cleaning up after Hurricane Earl. And in many parts of the Outer Banks, mandatory evacuation orders are being lifted. WFDD's Kathryn Mobley spoke with one American Red Cross volunteer on our coast in Kill Devil Hills.
