Candidate Profile: John Brooks is the Democratic Candidate for NC Labor Commissioner

The North Carolina Commissioner of Labor promotes the 'health, safety and general well-being' of all workers in the state. Democrat John Brooks is challenging Republican Incumbent Cherie Berry for the post.
Brooks held the post from 1977-1999. He tells WFDD’s Senior Producer Kathryn Mobley that in the past year, he’s learned some new skills that make him extremely qualified.
