Candidate Profile: Brian Irving, Libertarian Congressional Candidate in 2nd District

North Carolina’s Second Congressional District comprises all or portions of Chatham, Cumberland, Franklin, Harnett, Johnston, Lee, Nash, Sampson, Vance, and Wake counties.  Part of Raleigh lies in the district as well.  Incumbent Republican Congresswoman Rene Ellmers has two challengers in Tuesday’s election: Democrat Steve Wilkins and Libertarian Brian Irving.
