Campus Kitchen ProjectNovember 2, 2006 | Audrey FanninA delicious celebration was held this afternoon at Wake Forest University, as the latest "Campus Kitchen" was inaugurated. Karen Borchert is Director of the Campus Kitchens Project, a national non-profit organziation providing meals for the needy. The project is active at 9 colleges and one high school. Borchert was on campus for the event today, and dropped by the WFDD studios.
