The Supreme Court's 5-4 decision to uphold President Barack Obama's health care overhaul means the hotly-debated plan can proceed, and will affect the way countless Americans receive and pay for their personal medical care.

Rob Luisana is a health insurance broker and managing partner for Pilot Benefits in Greensboro.  He says he's glad to just have a decision on the health care act. Luisana does not feel that his industry is threatened by the ruling - he believes that health insurance brokers will continue to be trusted advisors for businesses seeking information and weighing their options.

Clients are going to have to decide if it makes sense to look at a group plan within in the state health care exchanges.  Some will have to decide if they'll continue to offer health insurance to their employees or discontinue it and pay the penalty.

Luisana says people need to learn more about what's actually in the healthcare overhaul. He says there are a number of good things in the law that he thinks people will be relieved to know about:  preventive care will continue to be covered at 100%, there's no longer a limit to lifetime healthcare benefits, and starting in 2014, adults will also no longer be limited by pre-existing conditions.
