Triad Arts with David Ford Yadkin Cultural Arts Center presentsMay 2, 2012How does someone go about painting courage, or inspiring it in people battling horrible illness? Oil and acrylic painter/curator Kathy Brusnighan and a group of her talented artist colleagues answer that very question in their new 60-piece mixed media art show. The exhibit is titled Courage, and it's currently traveling from cancer centers to hospitals to community centers throughout the Triad region.
On Friday, May 4, Courage arrives at the beautiful Yadkin Cultural Arts Center, 226 East Main Street in Yadkinville. It will remain on display through July 7. This is part 1 of David's interview with Kathy Brusnighan and Arts Center board member and fiber artist Karen Fridy.
