Triad Arts with David Ford TAW 100917September 17, 2010The WFU Theatre Department presents Smash, the 1997 adaptation of George Bernard Shaw's Novel An Unsocial Socialist. The new play is by Jeffrey Hatcher, and you can meet the playwright on Friday, September 24, immediately following the performance.
Elsewhere Artist Collaborative Directors George Scheer and Stephanie Sherman will share their interests in sites of urban abandon and amusement and the creative potential in spaces like these during Carnivale, a Menagerie of Amusement.
Shakespeare's monumental play The Tempest kicks off the NC Shakespeare Festival's 2010 season. Director Steve Umberger and actors Jack Wetherall (Prospero) and Warren Jackson (Ariel) share their insights about the play and its characters on TAUC.
