Piedmont Environmental Alliance presents the 7th annual Earth Day Fair

It’s time to pay tribute to Mother Earth, and for the Piedmont Environmental Alliance, that means the 7th Annual Piedmont Earth Day Fair. Piedmont Earth Day Fair 2012 is Saturday, April 28, from 10:00am until 5:00pm at the Dixie Classic Fairgrounds in Winston-Salem. There will be over 100 exhibitors with interactive demonstrations, an all-natural food court by local vendors, and lots of fun activities for kids. This year, Paperhand Puppet Intervention will lead two parades through the grounds featuring their amazing paper machete floats.

The fair will be set to music by The Darnell Woodies, the Lizzy Ross Band, John Sundell, The Wyndy Trail Travelers, and Mac & Juice. Entertainment Coordinator and Great Outdoor Provision Company Assistant Store Manager Darren Schwartz, and Program Director Megan Anderson dropped by WFDD for a little green talk on TAUC.
