Triad Arts with David Ford PIHOS: A Moving BiographyJune 20, 2012PIHOS: A Moving Biography explores the fascinating life of 1940s era Philadelphia Eagle All Pro & NFL Hall of Famer Pete Pihos and his struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. The story is told through video and dance by his daughter Melissa Pihos. The UNCG Choreography MFA recipient has been dancing for 25 years and is currently performing with The Jan Van Dyke Dance Group and Sidelong Dance Company. For A Moving Biography, Pihos has collaborated with UNCG Media Studies MFA recipient Cagney Gentry.
PIHOS: A Moving Biography is coming to Hanesbrands Theatre in Winston-Salem, on Saturday, June 23 at 8:00pm. Melissa and Cagney stopped by WFDD to chat with TAUC host David Ford.
