One month ago tomorrow St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Josh Hancock died when his SUV struck a parked, flat bed tow truck. Hancock, whose blood alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit, was just 29-years-old. Jeff Tiberii picks up the story here.
