Real People, Real Stories Words of the SoulAugust 9, 2009StoryLine is a volunteer-led effort to collect the stories of everyday people in Forsyth County. Stories were collected via the StoryLine bus, a mobile recording studio that travels throughout the community.
Willie's mother introduced him to poetry and writing. When he was in 10th grade, she died of an illness.
Now he lives with his grandmother Joyce Smith and says he loosing his mother as a teenager makes him appreciate life more.
