Upcycling New Potential

June 5, 2011

StoryLine gives voice to everyday people throughout our community as they share the experiences that shape their lives. Visual Artist Jan Detter and Community Volunteer Claire Tuttle discuss the process of "upcycling" discarded glass. In this segment of StoryLine, the materials are being used in the word wall, a colorful public art installation representing the hopes, dreams and fears of a younger generation. StoryLine is a project of the ECHO network and is made possible by the generosity of Salemtowne, a continuing care retirement community, where every life shines and stories are celebrated.
