Maurice Johnson reminisces about her father who was nicknamed Boone Head Pitts. She describes him as a tough man who worked in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System. Maurice tells her daughter Lemelia, Boone Head Pitts pushed her to learn the practical skills she later needed in life.
