For 26 years, John Thompson and Vivian Akers-Thompson have counted themselves lucky. Before they met, each one faced many hardships in their early adult lives. But today, they believe those hardships brought them together. In this StoryLine segment, the Thompsons reflect on their past, how they met, and the positive energy uniting them.
