Real People, Real Stories Making a ChangeAugust 19, 2012StoryLine gives voice to everyday people throughout our community as they share the experiences that shape their lives. It is a project of the ECHO network and is made possible by the generosity of Salemtowne, a continuing care retirement community, where every life shines and stories are celebrated.
Reggie Reid and Wanda Brendle Moss share a pain they would never wish on anyone. They have been homeless. Reid has a BA and an MBA. He became homeless after going through some hard times. Moss is a survivor of HIV and an abusive relationship. She also spent time in a homeless shelter.
Both are also members of the CHANGE Homeless Caucus. Today, they talk about the importance of preventing your circumstances from defining who you are.
