We all inherit something from our parents and relatives. But as a boy, guest commentator Hamilton Cuthrell discovered that he didn't have to inherit poor health.
Hamilton Cuthrell is a personal trainer based in Winston-Salem. He's just opened a facility in downtown Winston-Salem.
